Interest in Fish grew out of the observation of the health of the Eskimos: despite the fact that they consume too much fat, have extremely low mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases as well as extremely low cholesterol levels.

The beneficial properties derived from cold

The scientific studies conducted after this observation showed a confident relationship between the specificity of the health of the Eskimos and the frequent consumption of fish rich in essential fatty acids polyunsaturated of omega-3, EPA series (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (eikosidiexaenoiko acid). These fatty acids reduce the level of triglycerides and 'clean' the blood. Today, the majority of people do not consume an adequate amount of essential fatty acids.
