Cherry Concentrate

It constitutes a concentrated juice of sour cherry which has undergone specific processing to ensure strong antioxidant properties.

Sour cherries provide the highest levels of anthocyanidins in comparison with any other fruit and use as sour cherries are a richer source of these valuable components. The anthocyanidins in cherries give this deep rich red color, and is believed to be one of the most active types of flavonoids. The highly active concentrated juice of tart cherries used in this product would not be palatable without the addition of certain other juices from fruits with sweet taste, selected for their high content of flavonoids. They do not include all concentrates information on additional juices that may have been added for better taste of the product.
